In the land of Kaiserschmarrn and Wiener Schnitzel, culinary art plays a special role. In the Wachtelhof, guests are served Austrian fusion cuisine that allows them to rediscover childhood memories. Honest and unadulterated dishes are served here using high-quality, fresh ingredients – primarily from the region.

In summer and winter the chef seduces his guests with a multi-course menu. Breakfast and dinner can be taken in the hotel's delicacy restaurant or in the Zirbelstube, a rustic, very private séparée with space for 20-25 guests. The parlor exudes history and cosiness and is suitable for festive occasions.

In summer and winter, the well-trained team of Sport 2000 Perner is at your disposal with great offers of various sports articles, rental and best service. Knirschender Schnee, jungfräuliche Pisten, die Lifte (fast) für dich alleine und ein perfektes Frühstück in einer der schönsten Hütten der Region Hochkönig. Das alles und noch mehr erlebt man beim Hochkönig Early Morning Skiing in Mühlbach am Hochkönig.

Beim Hochkönig Early Morning Skiing heißt es schon etwas zeitiger aufstehen. Treffpunkt ist um 07:15 Uhr bei der Kabinenbahn Karbachalm in Mühlbach mit anschließendem Skigenuss auf den Pisten rund um den Schneeberg. Gefahren wird in 3 Gruppen (pro, intermediate und chill), welche von der Geschäftsführung und Betriebsleitung der Hochkönig Bergbahnen begleitet werden. 25 Personen haben mittwochs (03.02., 10.02., 17.02., 24.02., 02.03. und 09.03.2016) die Möglichkeit ihre Schwünge in die unberührten Pisten am Hochkönig zu ziehen.

Im Preis von € 48,-- ist neben den Insider-Tipps der Bergbahnen ein Frühstück, serviert ab ca. 09:30 Uhr im Bergrestaurant Karbachalm, inkludiert.

Anmeldung und Information: Voraussetzung: skifahrerisches Können für (zumindest) rote Pisten und EIN GÜLTIGER SKIPASS. Limitierte Teilnehmerzahl, daher rechtzeitige Anmeldung erforderlich (wochentags 08:00 bis 12:00 Uhr im Büro der Hochkönig Bergbahnen, oder per Mail an office@hochkoenig-bergbahnen.at).
